      I stopped in to make an appointment for work to be done to my vehicle. The appointment was for Monday, July 14th, 2025 at 8:15 am. Having to arrang transportation, I dropped off my car Sunday night, having to work on Monday I want to make sure my car was there for the appointed time. 8:30 am ***** called to say they were starting to work on my AC, one of the items on my list. At 3:30 I received a text message stating that my car was being brought in to start work on my AC, replacing faulty air bag, My check engine light was on, and to remake a key, that was not done properly the first time. I called *****, to see why my car had not been worked on during the seven hours it had been there. I was told that since I was not sitting in the waiting room, and other people were that my can could wait. I said that is why I had made an appointment, because I had to work and could not just sit there. I said I thaought that was what appointments were for. Not first come first serve. I was very dissapointed by this policy, and told ***** that I would never bring my car here again, and would be making a public review for this shaby treatment. I told them I would be over before closing, to pick up my car. Hawkins had my car for seven hours the only thing they did was to make a key and charge me $158.00. This was the most unsatisfactory behavior I have encountered. I will tell everyone I know to beware of these shady policyies at what I thought was a reputable business.
