    We had new granite counter tops placed in our kitchen from Touhill. After 2 years, the seam, which is where they cut it so it doesn’t crack in transit, became in sealed. This seam is near our si k so water is getting into the new drawers causing damage. I sent an email with pictures and am explanation. I called two days later because I got no response. After three days I got a response asking when I noticed this. I didn’t hear back for several more days until I finally reached out again. At this point a week has past. Finally, Mr Touhill responded that the seal broke due to settling over the counter and cabinets and that they would come take a look for a service fee of $250. Admittedly, this is something that is common in his line of business and so to charge me for them to follow up and reseal a small seam should not be such a big issue.
