    Tapper and sons were called for a service on our mini split system. The technician came over to see what was wrong and while checking out our upstairs system I watched him stick his thermometer probe into the fan blades breaking them. After getting off of the phone with *** Tapper (owner) he wont make it right and now has stopped talking to us. All we wanted was for tapper and sons to fix what they broke. We now may have to seek legal action. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! I strongly suggest NOT using Tapper and ******** for anything.
