    ************************* was contracted to construct a deck in my backyard on 6/22/21. The deck was completed but a rung on the stairway handrail was not secured. ***** was contacted to fix the problem and has never returned. also, ***** offered to build wooden seats for four metal chairs on my porch. We made a verbal agreement of $500 for custom walnut seat chairs to be made and delivered to my home; he was paid via a personal check. I have made several attempts to contact ****************** via telephone and text message but he has stopped communicating with me and I has never delivered the chair seats to my property. At this point, I would like him to repair the railing he installed (and for which he was paid in full) and I would like my $500 returned due to lack of goods delivered per verbal contract.

    On Nov 11, 2022, we paid ************************* $5000 down payment to enclose our downstairs porch, installing windows. Lighting, drywall, electrical outlet, raise the floor and an exterior door and siding, as well as clean up. He came the day we paid him and did a couple hours of work, then had to go buy materials. He didnt come back. He removed siding from the house which left our water pipes exposed. The next day, our pipes froze. He came back, covered the pipes, dropped the purchased supplies and never returned. We have tried contacting him on numerous occasions, via text messages and phone calls. His phone said he wasnt taking any calls. We contacted other contractor, who referred him to us. ***** returned our call, he said his truck was broke down and he lost his phone. He was really sorry and he would come the next day. It has been a month now, and he still hasnt shown up.
