I asked my salesman about a truck they got in, and if it was possible for me to go and look at while at detailer, the salesman told me no, that how would I feel if someone come to my place of business and started looking around. I explained that I just wanted to make sure the truck was what I was looking for, he said he would call once truck had arrived. On Friday around 4:45pm my salesman called and told me truck was in and that they close at 5pm, but would be open the next day at 9am, I told him I would see him then. I arrived on Saturday to look over truck, notice some small dents and scratches, and asked if he would lower price, he told me truck was price accordingly. I really wanted truck (stupid on my part), I asked the salesman if a could put $10,000 down so I could get with my bank to get loan, he said they do not do that, and if I wanted the truck I had to either go through them or hope the truck was still there when I got back. I went ahead and had him finance me through there bank, I was approved but was told my APR would by 6.9, I asked why since my credit score was so hi, he said that was the best he could do. When filling out the paperwork the Manager told me my APR was 5.9 and I said that my salesman told me 6.9, and I also asked about why I wasn't able to hold the truck if I put down $10,000 he said I could, I then said your salesman told me I wasn't, then he said O well maybe they do things different out there? I purchased truck brought it home, and bought all my stuff I wan't to add on to it. Then found that the truck was wrecked in back and was partially repaired and painted, I called my salesman and he told he sorry but you bought it as is. I explained that is this why I was unable to look at while at detailer shop, he said no and that there was no carfax saying it was wrecked. I asked for some kind of monetary back and he said sorry, I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would have one call, never heard back from anyone...

It is with trepidation that I am posting this review of Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of *******, **. After informing the dealership that my drivers side heated seat was not working days after I drove my Cherokee off the lot, I made an appointment to have it examined. I sat in the waiting room for two and one- half hours before I was informed that they had not made the repair and were then trying to extort me for money prior to making the repair. This does not fall under a warranty issue as the seat was not working at the time of sale and notification thereof was timely. I now understand why this dealership is not certified by the Better Business Bureau. My time is valuable and playing me for 2 1/2 hours is not justified under any circumstance. If they want to conduct business in this fashion, then myself and other consumers should take their business elsewhere.

Say away from this place!!!! called sales men to see if they had a jeep on the lot I wanted to test drive to see if it was truly what I wanted before I drop 72k on it. he procced to give me a song and dance how the cant do that any more but if I would like I can go online and build one and pay 100$ and they will order it. Well that's what I did and from here on out this is where the story turns. submit my order five min after he calls me hey I emailed you a credit app to fill out so we have on record when it comes in. so I do then he calls me the next day and is like hey we require a 7k dollar deposit to secure the order. once again I said ok but I want to see the total price before I give you the money. he says ** and he will get with the sales manager and send me over the agreement. a couple days go by so I text him hey where is this agreement. he says sorry man super busy I try to get it today. yeah I got it alright. I was a generic email with the list price of the jeep I ordered 7, 100 down and no employee pricing like we talked and non refundable. so I asked as to why I would no longer get the current deal that you lead me on that I was getting he gave me some song a dance again about how it will end buy the time it comes in. so I respond with well let me get this straight you ran my credit for no reason then try to get 7k dollars from we for a vehicle that wont be here for **** weeks and now you cant even get me the discount that you promised in the start. after sending this he stopped responding to me. needless to say I called ***************** and like always they are handling everything like I was a VIP. A fully refundable 500$ down they order my jeep and when it gets here if I don't want it no problem. full refund and they will not keep running your credit for no reason only once that end with final paperwork. I am super disappointed that a major dealership like victory would run there business like this. I would advise everyone you beware of there scam.
