I just finished a 10 room whole house renovation. Working with all Martin's staff from sales and design help to installers both contracted and direct has been a pleasure. There was a problem with some hardwood product that the installers picked up on as they were doing the installation. They stopped explained the problem with the product, which was a milling issue from the factory and then removed it. New product was ordered and installed no questions asked. I was kept informed through the entire process. Great job!

Bonnie-sales-very helpful and knowledgeable. Konner-estimator- professional, courteous and explained very well what to expect. Greg-hardwood install- team worked well together, excellent work. Ron-carpet install-if it is possible to better than perfect he did it! Beautiful work around all the corners and closets, and efficient.
