      I bought an item from this store on December 4, 2024, it was an order number ******. The amount was for $821.39. I then asked to return the item on December 11, 2024, as it didnt meet my expectations. Hills Wholesale Gaming didnt reply to any of my email requests or calls until December 24, 2024. I then returned the item and they have the item in their possession but havent credited my account for the refund since January 31, 2025.

      This customer is merely a scammer.  This customer purchased high value Pokemon cards and received exactly what he ordered.  He claimed he did not open the item and the item is not what he thought he was purchasing.  We agreed to accept the return, but the customer also filed a chargeback with his credit card company 2 days after we agreed to accept the return.  The customer returned nothing and did not respond to us for two weeks.  Upon learning that we disputed his chargeback and he did not have his funds returned from his credit card company, he agreed to return the item on the condition that we still grant him his refund.  We agreed and he returned the item, but it was in opened condition, not sealed as he claimed.  The funds were also on hold with his credit card company and in neither our hands, nor his, as we took the time to explain to him several times.  The chargeback was found in our favor on March 20th and the funds were released to our account.  On that day, we issued him the refund for the item. There is no reason for this complaint.  This is not a customer we would ever permit to order from us again.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The refund provided was only for the retail cost of the item and did not include the taxes that were paid. The total amount paid was $820+. The company and representatives are deceiving and all failed to provide any option to resolve the matter. The only reason I opened the box was to check contents once I saw it was not what I wanted, I attempted to contact the business number as soon as I wanted to return the item and the number would go straight to voicemail and to this day still does not work. After many voicemails left, they failed to contact me to support my issue. I also sent numerous emails as I have provided screenshots of this. It was only after being unable to contact them for over a week that l filed the issue with my bank. I have no interest in doing business with a company that has no type of customer support. I would never recommend a business that doesnt work with integrity or being fair to everyone. All they are worried about are profits.

      You received exactly what you ordered regardless of what you "wanted"  You also admittedly opened the product prior to return, ,devaluing the item.  We still refunded you in full minus the shipping.  You were never charged tax.  You received better service and compensation than you were entitled.  This closed the matter and we will not respond to future messages.
