Ss horse sales - ******** ********-****** sold me a horse that was a rideable horse, 16 years old, healthy, UTD on vaccines and came with a ******* test but this was all untrue. When the horse was delivered to me in the dark March 3rd 2025, he was and is still severely underweight. My veterinarian aged the horse to be 25 plus years old, missing teeth, 300 pounds underweight and cant be ridden. This horse crossed two state lines without a ******* test, which is illegal. I have video from Ss horse sales of someone riding the horse at a w/t/c (which means walk, trot, ******) the video made me believe he can be ridden but he cant. I also have video of the horse when he arrived at my house that shows his spine, ribs and hip bones and a very long hoof. ******** ********-****** told me his hoof trim was done 6 weeks ago but my farrier said his hoof trim had not been done for several months. Pictures attached of his hoof and body. Older horses come with more health problems and more veternarian bills and he is at the end of his life. Her daughter ******** ***** is also selling horses underweight and lying about the age of the horses.Approximately 20 people have reached out to me about both ******** ***** and ******** ********-****** that were scammed/misled by this mother/daughter operation in a *****, ************. They are committing consumer fraud over and over again.Where should I send the videos ?

****** *** bought a black branded gelding from us (pictured). We owned the horse 10 days total. It was at our facility for only 10 days. We offered ****** *** a FULL refund multiple times, she paid $2750. We offered her $2750 and we should ship him back to us at our cost. She didnt want to do that she demanded $3900 which is $1150 more then we sold it for. So we offered her maximum of $1100 for her to keep said horse *****. She didnt like that either. She wanted $2550 back and to keep the horse. Which means he wouldve sold for $200. Since we offered this multiple times, at this point shes turned us in everywhere as well as trashed us on ******** we do not want to offer this option any more as she has caused tons of drama. The horse came to us in even worse condition caked in manure, burrs in his tail and mane that we cleaned out and more. She bought this horse sight unseen. It is legally the buyer's responsibility to get all paperwork to travel out of state since they legally own the horse. She secured the hauler who happened to have delivered the horse at night.  We had nothing to do with that. We offer a FaceTime, ppe (pre purchase exam by a vet), or even to come check them out in person on all horses we offer. She declined all. We have documentation on social media where she says we abuse and neglect horses. Considering we only had the horse on our property for 10 days, clearly the horse came to us in the same condition, well actually worse but we provided him some much needed TLC.  We never said we would have any shots given or records of that.  We stated if the vet came out prior to the date of her shipper picking up the horse then we could see if we were able to get that done.  It is also legally the responsibility of the buyer to have a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection before the horse left the state.  That is a federal law mandated by the ************************* which she blatantly disregarded.  Since she declined a prepurchase examination we could only provide her the age of the horse based on our visual of the teeth.   We have provided her name to our attorney for the slanderous comments she has made in regard to animal abuse which we take very seriously.  We also have all of the screenshots of her posting to the public about the abuse.  The images in our attachments are of the horse at our facility approximately 7 days before she received the horse.
