We had ************************* remodel our bathroom about 1 year and 8 months ago now. I am emailing you due to two recent issues that happened recently due to the remodeling job done by *** *********** did incorrectly on our bathroom. We have had 2 plumbers come out to repair our toilet and now most recently our walk in shower. The toilet was the first problem and to fix the issue as a result the toilet had to be rebuilt, the problem that was happening was a vibration that was happening every time we would flush the toilet and a bad shut off valve to the toilet, which should have been replaced during remodel. The pipe from our walk in shower that was totally disconnected from our walk in shower and the drain. A different plumbing company had to repair this issue with our walk in shower due to water leaking and coming down thru our ceiling between our dining room and living room and it stained and caused water damage to our ceiling. The fitting that was jammed in to hold the pipes together was a inch and a half and it needed to be 2 inches. Both plumbers explained and stated that whoever did this job the workers just jammed this together and hoped it worked. I called ***** *********** to make them aware of the issue we were having while our the first plumber from **** **** ******** was present at our home to fix the first issue. I made this call on January 16, 2023 at 9:29 am. The phone rang a few times my call was answered by someone then immidiately hung up on me. I am asking for a reimbursement for both jobs that needed to be done due to a bad remodel job done and caused by *** ***********. The toilet repair was $125.00 dollars and we just received the bill from the second plumber which was $480.00 dollars total. So we spent $605.00 dollars extra to fix the problems that we had due to the remodel job that *** ***********. I do not believe *** *********** is registered on this site but I am emailing a complaint anyway.

Was hired to install a shower wall in where a tub was for my elderly mother. Also replace the vanity and toilet in the bathroom. Was paid upfront unfortunately. Said it would take 2 weeks, 2 1/2 months later no showers doors no new vanity. He was told it had to be absolutely completed by November 1st. It was a summer home, no faucet hookup, as well. Had to go to his home to get the keys back he refused to give me. Had to call police. My sister and her husband ended up finishing the bathroom and spent they own money. Lies after liestotal scam.
