    On 5/14/23 Danny R******** to put a new metal roof on my house and garage. When he came to my house to give me an estimate he measured the roofs and ask if I wanted the shingles above my bay windows replaced also . I said yes I wanted all shingles replaced. So I already paid for the metal to cover above the 2 bay windows and I paid for the labor . He said they may look a little boxy when done. I paid $5,600.00 down payment (IN CASH) he said he would give me a discount if I paid him in cash, so he wouldn't have to turn the earnings an and pay taxes on the money I paid him a total of $9,400,00 in cash. The day he did my roof I told him to hold off on coving above to 2 windows that day , because he said they would look boxy. I was gonna look at a house that had them covered. The next day I paid him, $3,800.00 in cash again and said I do want the shingles covered withe the tin I already paid for and already paid for his labor. He said he would come back and do it, it would take no time at all. He never came back!! I have called him several, several times to please come finish the job. He said he would be there in a couple of weeks , told me this every time I called him. He was even working at my neighbors house off and on for several days but would not come and finish covering my shingles with tin. He will not finish the job that he was paid to do. The contract says synthetic paper over top of EXISTING shingles and metal over the paper.Please help me.

    In the contract, it was never included the price of the bay windows as you can see per the text message between the customer and I she asked me to give her a price on the bay windows after the job was completed. And I did not ask her to pay me in cash and tell her that that way I didn’t have to pay taxes on the money. As you can see her the text message she asked me if I would give her a discount if she paid cash and I did. The customer was aware that that was not included as the contract stated house and porch did not state bay windows. She wanted me to come and do a shower for her. I got busy and that’s when she turned me into the Better Business Bureau and accuse me of ghosting her.
