I bought a car off Millers auto in *********. I asked when purchasing if the removed a Check engine light they told me no but the clock and all was reset. I drove it the 50 miles the light comes on for converter. They took the the vehicle saying they were gonna fix it and all times the same code came on. Now this last time they said they put an o2 sensor in and now there are 5 different codes on and they said on Easter they would give me the money for the car its now two weeks later no reply from the store or anything was gonna let it all go but they should not me in business at all completely un professional. I am a small business owner I would never run like that to my customer. So now Im messaging her and in 3 more days Im going to my JP office to file paperwork as well. The owner is a lier and no one should believe anything they say. All my information is timestamp, and I also have videos that I Sent to the sales person on her text messages

************** came to us looking for a vehicle with limited funds, we discounted a nice ***** Cruze to accommodate him. He told us that he is ASE certified so he can do any repairs necessary, as well as clean the vehicle as it had not been detailed yet. He called us a few days later and stated that there was a pending code stored in the vehicle according to his scan tool. We had him bring it in and our scan tool didnt show anything, however that doesnt always mean that it wasnt there at one time and cleared itself out as GM vehicles will do this if they sense the fault is no longer there. ************** took to his phone to harass my female salesperson in the evening while she was at home with her family. Non-stop messaging and sending videos to her. He stopped in the office several times accusing us of clearing a light before he bought it, he verbally abused an underage female customer in my showroom, calling my employees names, slamming doors, he then decided it was a good idea to fly through my parking lot at excessive speed almost hitting 2 other customers in the process. He continued to call the office phone and get angry when he had to hold so he just started hanging up and calling back right away. We stopped answering his calls at that time. ************** then took to social media to try to bully me into getting his way. Posting lies and then name calling only to ***** his comments later. We have been doing this a very long time, and we have a ton of great customers that we consider family. ************** convinced himself that we were trying to s**** him over or something of the like, which was never once considered. How long would I stay in business if I treated my customers that way? Certainly not 44 years. I decided when he berated an underage girl in my showroom that he was no longer allowed to be on my property. The young girl who he spat all over as he told her lies, which she had nothing to do with, declined to press charges against him but I would think that could still be arranged if needed. I do not care for his actions, and I feel like he is just trying to get something for nothing. ************** is no longer allowed to contact my business or any of my employees at any point, or he will be arrested for harassment and/or trespassing. I take this kind of stuff very seriously as I am an EOE and its my responsibility to make sure the workplace is safe for all my employees. ************** should know this as he states he is a business owner. Any further attempt to defame by libel on social media or the like will be met with swift legal action as I cant have someone unstable posting lies that they manufactured. **************, let this serve as notice. He is not welcome at my establishment, and had his actions been different he wouldnt be dealing with any of this. He is to blame for me no longer helping him. With that said, he does have a 3rd party warranty on the vehicle that is good at any service center nationwide. I hope this will serve as a ****** to treat others how you want to be treated. Thank you for your time in this matter.
