    ihave propane delivered to my home and never receice a metered bill or any bill. i prepay and never know how much propane is delivered. they also raised the rate for tank rental for minimum annual purchase without any notification.

    We tried everything to resolve all his issues.  We reversed the January 2022 min use based on the ticket was created on 12/31/22 and not posted until 2023.  So that was resolved.

    We don’t mail out invoices with a zero balance which his acct should have had a zero balance.  But since the pre-authorization was done for not enough monies to cover the full delivery, there was a balance.  We tried to run the sale for the balance and came back insufficient funds.  We changed the account so that he will now receive the invoice after it’s posted.  He never mentioned this issue with us.

    His main issue was that the company did not send out a letter that the min uses were going to be raised.  He said if he was aware of the increase of the min use, he would have left the company before it billed.  He threatened last year to leave, and we reversed last year as Courtesy.

    Attached, please find a copy of the back of the customer form that explains minimum usage fees. His minimum use fee was: Up to 375 gallons - $379 fee; between 375 - 675 gallons - $269 fee. This is up $60 over last year and the fee this year was waived. The fee last year was also waived ($209).
