    Replacement windows were purchased from them on October 4, 2024 by the previous owners of this home. We purchased the home on October 31 and they passed on the receipt for the windows. On May 22, 2025, we had rainfall, and noticed that water was dripping rapidly in through the sash of the window. I contacted them by phone early on the morning of May 23, and followed it up with an email with photos that they requested. I was assured it was going to be passed on to someone else for resolution. I never heard from that person. A week later, I contacted the original manager trainee that I had spoke with and told him of our disappointment that we hadnt heard from anyone. I still have yet to receive word from anyone at 84 lumber and obviously no resolution to my problem. And, to top it off, I now have two windows that are leaking.

    Reached out to the customer via phone to apologize that his request got lost in the shuffle. I asked a few questions about who the builder and installer was so that i can find the original order. It does not seem to be in our system. I will update this as I have more information.
