    I was 500 miles away from home helping to move my dying mother into a nursing facility when i lost my one and only key FOB - I called Smart Lock who took my info and then ******** called to tell me he could get my 2023 Trailblazer unlocked and program a new key fob to start the car - when he arrived he told me that I would pay at least $1600 thru a dealership, within an hour the key FOB was programmed and the car was started he then told me that he didnt accept credit cards and i had to use Venmo or another cash app, I used ***** where he promptly transferred $1163 from my Venmo to his personal Venmo - which then i was changed $34 from Venmo for the transaction fee - which the total came to $119 for a new key FOB - I contacted a dealership afterwards who told me I would have paid maybe $500 to have the Key FOB re programmed - Price gouging someone who was 500 miles from home and already emotionally upset was and is a horrible thing to do - he also had the words American Local Locksmith on the back of the van which I cannto find that company anywhere thru a ****** search.
