09/26/2022 Bill S****** was contracted to replace a roof at a property in New Cumberland (York County). 50% of the total cost ($3,437.50) was provided in advance. This work was scheduled to be performed October 24th. After numerous excuses for MONTHS, Mr. S****** chose to simply block my number rather than actually perform the work.
We have since filed criminal complaints with York County Regional Police Department. The York County District Attorney has elected to charge Mr. S****** with three Felony charges of Home Improvement Fraud and Theft.
It should be noted that Mr. S****** also has similar Felony charges in York filed by other victims. In addition, there are similar pending charges filed by victims in Dauphin County.
Mr. S****** is facing a substantial State Prison sentence, essentially rendering any prior warranties for previously performed work null and void.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. I paid almost $14,000 for a metal roof and gutters with guards on them. The whole process started in September, was supposed to start in mid October. He didn't
get around to it until middle of February. He didn't put underlayment between the old shingled roof and the new metal roof. He didn't put alot of the materials on the metal roof. The eaves were not secured down, the vent flanges were not flat to the roof. I had water coming in my house because he cut a hole in the roof where the vent flanges go. I've tried numerous times to contact him. No response. The gutters aren't right either. I have to pay another roofing company to take a brand new $6,000 roof off because he cut the panels too short and i can't use any of it!!! Now i have to pay for a whole new roof again. He should be out of business!!!
