The contractor was paid partial payments three times. He kept coming back asking for more money saying he didnt have the money needed to purchase materials. The 3rd payment made all payment complete in full. He has only worked a few hours over a hand full of days. The work is not complete. He came the beginning of October 2022 and stripped the metal siding from our porch and side peak of our house and left them exposed all winter. He finally came easter weekend (April 15th 2023) and sided the right peak of the house however our porch is still sitting open and exposed. He took the metal for scrap money. He came back and took the coil stock (which is needed to wrap the front porch which is still not done). He also took one of the seamless gutters without asking. The seamless gutters have been laying in our yard since october and have killed the grass. They are not installed. The rubber roof is rippling everywhere. He left the glue for the rubber roof outside to freeze over winter and then used it anyways even though it says right on the 5 gallon bucket keep above 50 degrees. He started a fire to thaw the entirely frozen glue to use on the roof and then proceeded to use it. He will not respond when we reach out. He has took the money and ran. He has to hang our gutters and down spouts, side the left peak of our house, make a roof cap for the peak of the roof where rubber roof meets the shingle roof & wrap the front porch yet. There are also a few things not done correctly that need fixed. We know he can do good quality work, all we want is for what we paid him for to be completed and what needs fixed, corrected.
