    We hired Tom G**** on May 12 2022 to order & install a bay window to put in the kitchen of our mobile home. Tom told us it would be 4 to 6 weeks untill it would come in. We understand that, He called us to set a date to come put it in , then when it was to be installed he called & said they didn’t send the hardware then every time after that he would call & set up a date to come to install the he would call the day before with an excuse it couldn’t be installed we gave him a total of $400.00 for the window & to install it. He said he would b here again this week he had his wife txt us & tell us he was in the hospital & wouldn’t be able to install it today.As I said it has been nothing but excuses We are now tired of excuses & would like to have the $400.00 back & in cash we paid cash for it. Tom has already tore off the trim to our window now it’s getting cold out we’re getting cold air in the window my husband & I are both Sr’s We need to get another contractor in to have this window replaced Tom can come pick up the wood that’s been sitting on our front porch & the trim. We don’t want him to do the job any longer. We’re tired of the excusesWe want him to return the $400.00 in cash. Immediately or there will b legal action taken We do have a receipt. We no longer want him to do the job
