      On 3/11/25 I paid Professional Paving Lic. # ******. $5500 cash to pave my driveway. The contract said that there is a three year guarantee with it. On April 17, 2025 I called and reported several problems with the Blactop.. I heard back from him on April 18th. He said he would be there April 19. He was a no call no-show. I called him on the 19th, he claimed he had a family emergency and said he would be there on Monday, April 21, 2025. Again he was a no call no show on April 21, 2025. I called/texted him on April 22, 2025 he did not respond to calls or text. I figured he was busy so I called him again on April 28, 2025 he asked for pictures and I sent him pictures. He said he would be here April 29, 2025 again he was a no call no show. So I called/texted him again on 29 April 2025 and he said he would be here on April 30, 2025 between 8-9 a..m. Again he was a no call no show. I left them several messages since asking him politely to call me and to honor his warranty. The one message I mentioned I would be seeking legal assistance if he did not get back to me he has not gotten back to me. All toll there are 4 no call no shows. The first one I excuse because he said it was a family emergency but the following three there should be no excuse. I do have all my telephone contact records as well as text messages. To pay $5500 cash and to have 4 no shows is unacceptable. The pictures clearly show that there are problems with the Blactop. Can you please help me? I bought this house after my house was completely destroyed by a fire in August 2024 and it has been very difficult to rebuild my life ever since. Ive explained all this stuff to him a couple times when he was attempting to get me as a customer and he promised he would take care of me can you please help me? It needs to either be totally redone and repaired or I need to seek a different contractor, but I will need a full refund from him. I dont know where else to turn. Please help me.

      Company was hired to complete a paving overlay on an existing driveway. Shortly after completion the overlay started coming up in many areas. After a few months the original driveway could be seen. Owner did come back after many text/phone calls and applied a sealer to driveway to cover up. Was also told they would come back and repair the sections at a later time. After quite a few estimates and quotes from other paving companies it was determined most likely the product was applied to cold and way to thin. I paid for 2.5" of product, but got only 1" in some areas at best. Currently asphalt is coming up in multiple areas and old driveway is exposed.
