    May 19th 2023 I dropped off a complete set of backhoe rims to have tires purchased and installed. After several text message attempts that ended up with excuses of being short staffed and needing more time. Several failed phone calls I went back to the shop on the August the 8th and saw the owner. He asked me for a "couple more days would be all he would need he had the tires and just needed to mount them". I informed him i would be back for the tires and rims friday whether the tires were mounted or not i would take them and find another shop to perform the work. Friday I showed up with a truck and removed my rims from his shop there were no tires ever purchased i was lied to and told they were at their "warehouse in harrisburg" which they dont have. I contacted the owner that saturday the 12th and informed him how upset i was and since his guys werent able to provide me with a refund i expected him to do it as soon as he could. He apologized and informed me that he was in the hospital and having personal problems and would process my refund as soon as he could. I gave him another week until to do so and then my fiance saw he was posting on ******** that he was at the ********** football game-(clearly not in the hospital). I reached out again and heard nothing back from him. So i am reaching out to you for help.
