      To whom it may concern:

      This BBB complaint is not being sent to the right dealership's BBB page.  This is the wrong location.  We've dealt with this a few times now in the past.  We are Brookside Motors **** DBA Thornton Automotive Dover located at **********************************************************************   The complaint is for a completely different location, Thornton Automotive ****, located at ************************************************************************  The other location is owned by the same owner, but is a completely seperate entity than our location.  Can you please have this removed from our BBB page?  This is not the correct BBB page. Thank you.

      ot going to happen Thornton you should fix your mistake for free I almost killed myself or someone else because of the brake job that was not done correctly guess I'll get stuck fixing myself sice Thornton doesn't care

      After speaking with ******************** a few minutes ago, we have decided to refund some of his money that was paid for the brake repair.   We have addressed this issue with our technician as well and we hope to have rectified this situation.  We will be sending the refund check out in the next day.  ******************** has told ** that he appreciates how we are handling this situation, so this should end this BBB complaint.  Please let me know if I can help any further.
