      I called eagle dumpster rentals on 9/18 to be on my property for 9/20. I was told that I would be sent an email with the contract I never received such item. Even after spelling it out numerous times for them. Then I was told the price was 550 for the first two ton anything over would be 100 a ton. I filled the first dumpster up and had it emptied the next day. The driver said it was 1 ton over so it’d be $100 extra for the first one. So 9/21 I called to have the dumpster removed and was told no worries we’ll have someone pick it up. No one showed up I kept calling to have this removed I get no worries from a call center lady named Mary who said a project manager will get this taken care of. 9/26 someone finally showed up after days and days of calling. I was charged 550 on 9/19 which is fine. I was also charged the same amount on 9/21 which was for the second dumpster. Then on 10/11 I was charged $210 which was not authorized but I thought it was for the overage. I thought this would be the end of the communication and service with them. Then 10/14 another $350 unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card statement. I spoke with Adam ( the project manager) numerous times asking for the contract, the itemized bill, which he claims he was working on as we were talking then I was told I’d have everything in 24 hours. I kept trying to get an itemized bill so I could at least see what the money was taken out for. To this day I never received such document. I called my credit card company to block the charge for 350. Additionally they had a Pottsville Pa address and number when I received calls back the number was from a Dauphin county and Coatesville Pa numbers. The main company isn’t even in Pennsylvania it’s in New Jersey. They advertise as a local company with fictitious address when I googled the address and physically drove to the advertised address it ended up being a banking institution.

      The customer ordered TWO 30-yard *** dumpsters. We delivered it by the hauler "****** Waste Solutions". In the attachment, I am sending you the weight tickets of both dumpsters. These tickets issued by the dumps scales are calibrated by the weights and measures bureau of Pennsylvania. Same people that calibrate the gas pumps calibrate these weight scales. I also attached itemized invoices, the order email and the conversation between the customer and us (Eagle), the conversation between our hauler and us. We also sent Overage Email for both dumpsters to our customer. The weight slip proves that he used both dumpsters and we charged the overage according to the contract. You will see the full contract in this pdf file: "The order email and the communication between the customer and us". I didn't understand why the customer complained about us, because we didn't charge him extra and there was no hidden fees. The customer was aware of everything. We also have phone call records. If you want, we can share the phone call records as well.
      We service all of Southeastern Pennsylvania, so we have multiple locations/yards where the dumpsters come from. We do sales out of a central office. We tell everyone that it can take up to three business days to remove the dumpster. This is fully disclosed both on the phone and in the confirmation email. 
      The customer supposed a conversation with the driver, whereas the driver tells her what her dumpster weight is and what her overage is must be false. The drivers have know way of knowing how much the dumpsters contents weigh. Once again we find out the weight once we remove the dumpster and take it to the dump site to get weighed. The driver cannot know the weight until its taken to the dump site and an official weight ticket is issued. So there is no way of knowing when he is on site removing the dumpster.
