    I ordered a gift card on 2/22/25. The gift card has not been sent and the company has been unresponsive to emails and calls

    Hello. Attoba Clayworks has reached out to me to honor my original purchase. They indicated that 1). Their website is wrong and they do not send out physical gift cards and the receipt is enough to schedule, 2). Their phone service provider must be broken because they never received my voicemails and 3). Their email must not be working because they didnt receive my follow up emails to them. They have offered to schedule the service purchased which seems satisfactory to me. If they do not honor that, I will reach out to file another complaint and request assistance, thank you for your help.
