    Had a technician come out to diagnose an issue with a dishwasher. Carlos, the technician who had been here before to repair my oven, said I needed a Control Board which would be $479 to install. Since the dishwasher has rarely been used, was in good condition, and I trust Carlos, I decided to get it repaired which required a $245 deposit. A 9:45-11:45am appointment window was eventually set-up for the repair. At 8:16am, I received a message that Brian, the tech for the repair, was out sick, so a new appointment was necessary. Since I had taken the day off from work and had set-up appointments for the afternoon based on this morning appt., I decided that I would cancel the repair, since I had no intention of losing another day of work. When I called, I was told I would not only be charged $140 diagnosis fee, but a $60 restocking fee. I asked to speak to a manager. Zach, the "alleged" manager, said that he was going to be "flexible" and have a tech come out that afternoon. When I told him that wouldn't work for me, he decided that I wasn't being "flexible"! Funny, I didn't know customers of Mr. Appliance are required to be flexible! After going back and forth with him, he said he would charge me only the diagnosis fee if I would agree never to call his company for service again! When I wanted to discuss it further, he abruptly hung up!
