    My daughter brought a car for an oil change at valvoline on Saturday 12/02 2022 in the afternoon and drove home that same day 2 mile down the road and next day on Sunday morning was a paddle of oil under the car.Wait until Monday morning to see a mechanic and sure enough the mechanic said your oil plug is streeped so went back to valvoline same Monday and the person named ***** already denied my claim even I showed him pictures of the oil underneath the car on Sunday morning.He wandered to see the car that day and we meet at the mechanic and the mechanic showed him the plug problem.After that he just left and told me he will deny my claim even after the mechanic showed him and told me what I expect from a car with 100.000 miles,really dudeI had to pay the mechanic and I really want valve to refund me because its totally their fault and I provide them all the proof.by the way been their customer for years and bought the car for my daughter and told her to go there too and they treated me like nobodyThank you if you guys take time to see this

    The customer had the vehicle serviced at our business on 12/3/22. The vehicle left our businesss care, custody, and control without any leak or incident. Approximately three days later the customer contacted us to let us know there is an issue with the oil pan leaking. During the conversation with the customer, he revealed that the car was at a repair facility already and they were the ones that said the oil pan was damaged. About an hour later, the customer than came to our location in person and brought a written estimate from the repair facility which states, Ruined the pan while removing the stuck plug. Someone else was involved in working on the vehicle before we had the opportunity to make our own determination about the alleged issue. In addition, our invoice states, If repairs are required, you must contact Valvoline Instant Oil Change prior to any repairs taking place. We will not be responsible for repairs not authorized by our company. Another business had worked on the vehicle prior to us even being contacted. We have removed ourselves from the situation as we did not get a fair chance to investigate and remedy the situation ourselves.
