In December of 2018 I purchased a gift card for my niece in person at their spa in Doylestown. Due to scheduling issues and then COVID my niece and I were not able to visit until 2/4/2023. Upon visiting The Salt Cave in Doylestown the employee turned over the card and said it had the stamp of the Newtown location on the back and that gift cards were not transferable. I explained that I have never been to the Newtown location ever - and that I purchased the card in Doylestown. The employee texted the owner who said that she would not honor the card but she would look into it. I asked for them to research the card number and even the employee who issued the card. They said they couldn't do that at the time - but the owner would and then she would get back to me, I still have not received a response. I have also tried sending an email but it is returned as undeliverable

Im writing in response to a gift card dispute from 2018 . This customer has been contacted multiple times and she has even decided to now write on social media .
Please see attached photo of her gift card and that it CLEARLY states another business name and address. She ordered this gift card online . If the customer chose the wrong location, or she was mailed the incorrect location, I simply cannot say as this was 5 years ago .
The customer did not purchase this card in store, she bought it online. This customer held this card for nearly 5 years and failed to read the info on it ?  Also using covid as an excuse for something purchased in 2018 is a stretch -
See the resolution I already offered this woman . She paid $32 for a Newtown session in 2018 . Im offering her a $40 session in Doylestown in 2023.
