    Like many others I had a personally negative experience with this business. We were a paid client and this is my personal experience and opinion below. Michael has threatened me with legal action for posting reviews of my experience. Updated April 2024: the owner has sent me a cease and desist letter as a result of this review. I had a difficult experience with this group. At first, they did seem to understand our needs. The communication started fine. With time, we had to make multiple follow ups to find out what the status of our work was. We would routinely see the web designer doing long comments on Facebook to promote his business, including posting free introductory offers, while our project sat gathering dust. We paid a down payment and over $3000 for a website move. We would ask for updates, and be given "I was sick" excuses every few weeks or so. The posts promoting the business would continue in groups we are a part of. We paid the bill and moved on, to another team locally for a redo of our site. Today, I received an email from the web designer that he has been "receiving practice communication for months" from being added to the back end of my website. He informed me I was in violation of HIPAA. I would be cautious doing business with them, even though they do seem to understand the design/SEO world, the people you will be dealing with did not treat us in a professional or transparen manner in my experience.
