    We purchased a $300 part, that it turned out we didn't need. We returned it and was told we weren't getting our money back due to it being "used" which it wasn't. We then asked for the part to be shipped back to us, if we paid for it and the company is refusing to give us our money when we returned it then it's our part. For almost two weeks have been getting the run around by customer service. April 10th I was told that a shipping label was created to send the part back to **, and have not gotten any shipping info since. Nor do we have the part back. I keep getting emails saying Hi there! "Thanks for reaching out. Our sincere apologies for the delay. We've followed it up with our team and we will let you know as soon as we hear any update" Its ridiculous. We want our money or OUR part.

    We would like to confirm that we responded to Ms. ******** review on 4/25/25 to sincerely apologize for the delay and to inform her that the refund has been issued back to her original payment method. We deeply regret any frustration or inconvenience this experience may have caused.  I have attached a screenshot of the proof of refund.


    Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. We have reviewed the situation internally to ensure continued improvements in our process.

    On 9/7/2024, I ordered 2 x Aprilaire 513 (Pack of 2) 4 total filters from Voomi Supply for a total cost of $198.18. These quantities were very clearly stated on their website, in my order cart, and in the receipt that I received via e-mail. When the shipment arrived, it only contained 2 x 1-packs 2 total filters. When I reported to Voomi Supply that I had only received half of my order, they insisted that I had received everything I was entitled to. They wrote back, These are sold individually not as pack of 2 that is why you receive two filters... We apologize for the confusion. We've asked our Product Team to fix the product listing... Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions at all please let us know.They admitted that they had only sent half the filters that I had paid for, but they didnt offer to correct the transaction in any way. They did not send the remaining filters that I had paid for or offer a refund. They apparently thought it was perfectly fine for them to just send half my order and stick me with the entire bill. When I responded to Voomi Supply regarding their lack of commitment to honest business practices and basic customer service principles and explained that their minimum obligation is to ship the remainder of the order for 4 filters that I paid for, their reply was simply, We are really sorry about the misunderstanding regarding this order. Rest assured that our Product Team is working on updating the product listing so this will not happen again. After multiple e-mails and phone calls, Voomi Supply eventually provided a partial refund, but this was not adequate resolution. I still believe they need to ship me the remainder of my order as shown on my receipt.

    We unfortunately never followed up on this complaint as we must have missed the notification and are very sorry for how our team handled this originally. We have since changed leadership with a new CEO and are instituting much more customer friendly practices. As such, we have refunded the customer in full. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and with our customer success team would have handled this differently.

    Voomi advertised on their web site, with photos, a Pro-Flush kit with a 16 ounce can of solvent, what they sent on 2/26/24 was a kit with an 8 ounce can. When I contacted them by phone after a wait and several transfers I was disconnected. I contacted them on their Chat it was slow, they kept me on line for over 35 minutes they were not helpful and requested photos. I sent photos of their order page stating the kit includes a 16 ounce can of solvent, plus a photo of the 16 ounce can displayed. They claimed it was some warehouse mistake and, they removed the listing within *************************************** wait several times, I asked if they would send me an additional 8 ounce can, or let me return the 8 ounce can for a 16 ounce that they did have in stock, they said they could not do that and I would have to fill out a return request, delaying my job and causing me extra work. I submitted the form and again they requested details and photos they took another day to send the return label. I returned the Item as requested in perfect unused condition in the same box it came in (I have photos), they received it in their warehouse on 3/4/24 front desk signed by **** tracking # *** 1z48ff669002310432 I contacted them today 3/7/24 4 days later its still undergoing inspection. If they could prosses my return as fast as they changed their listing there would be no problem.

    We own a pool company. We ordered and paid for a hood from this company. They delivered the wrong size. We ordered and paid for another hood and it got lost in the mail. The company has no phone number available to speak with human beings. They only accept emails. I emailed them 4x, demanding a phone call so we could figure out where this item was and facilitate at least one return. I got an email saying they would call me soon two days ago. I told them that if they didn't call me, I was filing a complaint with you. They have double our money, we have no product, our client is angry making us look poor as a business, and no one has called me. Please help. Thank you very much. ORDER #******* $326.05 ORDER #******* same #1 wrong item sent and we need a credit #2 lost in mail We need the item or at least need to know if we cant get it and then have refunds issued.

    i am writing to inform you that I finally got contact and then to a manager at Voomi. They appropriately handled the mishap, have organized an express overnight delivery that should be arriving tomorrow and as long as it arrives, I am now satisfied. Thank you so much for being here for individuals and small businesses. I am grateful for what you do.

    I had added another message to this complaint in reference to the fact that Voomi finally called me and a manager helped to figure out the problem and facilitated a full solution. However, I dont see it and Voomi got a letter from you today. Please know that Voomi ultimately handled this situation to my satisfaction, we are returning one product, received the correct product and are satisfied.

    Hi — we worked directly with this customer to resolve her issue. This customer had originally ordered the wrong part, which they admitted. We worked with them to have that part returned to us and helped them order the part they actually needed, which was shipped and delivered. The customer told us they would call BBB to resolve this complaint as we were able to resolve the issue.

    On 6/5/2023 I called Voomi Supply to ask for a HVAC unit which I needed urgently for my house. With assistant from a staff at Voomi Supply I paid $2,273.93 with my debit card. On 5/7/23 I received a called from a lady from Voomi Supply explaining that the unit is not compatible with my region and that they were going to upgrade it to something compatible to this region. She never call me back. I've tried call my best to talk to someone to know what's going on with the order but no avail. Before the order I use to talk to a live agent, but after the blunder, the only way to communicate is by texting. The heat is coming on and I need the unit or a complete refund so I can get my unit. I have sick people in my household that needs a/c when it's hot. It takes time to order, ship, receive and install these unit. I need someone to help me resolve this issue immediately. Thanks

    Hi -- I spoke with this customer directly. He did not want to wait for the *** delivery of his units, so we arranged for him to pick up the units from our warehouse since it was located very close to his house, which he did. This customer is in possession of all the units he ordered from us.
