    On June of 2023 we entered into a remodeling contract with Remo Construction represented by the owner ************************* for an investment property in Mainline Philadelphia, **. The original completion date was around Halloween of 2023, then Thanksgiving 2023, then end of year 2023 and since then no completion date has been offered for the last couple of months though we have requested it multiple times if not daily. We are doing this project remotely (we reside in LA and the property is in the Mainline of ************, **) so we were promised at the time of signing that he could accommodate by offering strong communication, responsiveness and deadlines. One clear priority was receiving photos and videos which has been entirely inconsistent. Despite meeting every cash funding request on a timely basis, his communication has all but disappeared. He has become more distant and arrogant. His excuses for the delays and lack of communication have been manpower, weather, stolen tools, delayed material deliveries, his personal illness, death of a relative, lack of coordination with subcontractors and other distractions (we believe he is working and prioritized other other projects instead of ours). We have offered solutions such as sub-contractor the rest of the work but he offers no solution except he is continuing to work on the project. By our estimate we have funded 95% of the project and based on our last very limited photos he's probably around 60% of the way completed.

    I want to post a review on Remo Construction, how do I do so given he isn't an affiliate?  Also, I was contacted by his insurer and he was doing work uninsured in Lower Merion County starting in 02/25/2023
