    WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH ****** CAPPELLI! I called him mid April 2024 about a broken AC unit that he installed last august 2023. It's May 8 2024 and he still hasn't come out to take a look at it himself. I asked him why he hasn't come out and trying to get other people to come out and he informed me that he isn't even an HVAC guy. Even though he made it seem like he was and he took the job. He is not a licensed anything I think. Can you take jobs as a Plumber for HVAC job when you are not licensed? And looking back, he over charged me with *****. When he came over to my place with one of his guys, he came over and put i freon with out testing anything else. Charged me $650 for it and what I was told, the guy that put the freon in was given $150 which the freon cost came out of that, and ****** Cappelli pocketed $500 profit just for showing up, them 2 days later, when I told him it wasn't working still he came over, looked at it for 5 seconds and said I need a new unit replaced. So the $650 freon was for what then? He scammed me. At the time he told me I needed a new unit, i thought he was a licensed HVAC guy who knew what he was talking about. I found out recently that it was all a scam and that he isn't licensed at all. His solution to any AC problem is to just add more freon and over charge. I've never dealt with a more incompetent, dishonest person ever in my life.
