On 5/23/2024, I agreed to purchase 3 months (June, July, and August) of ads as a real estate agent in Delaware County Magazine, based on the representation that the ad would be part of the front cover & the entire back cover. I would approve each months edition before. This was a huge factor in my decision as I was moving. (I told *******- manager)But, since my phone call with ******* 5/24 & then email 5/28 where I sent approval for Junes ad, there has been NO more approvals given by me, or any attempt on their part to get them. I have asked questions in email that werent responded to about the particulars of Julys ad, & my questions were NOT answered & there was NO approval given.Since then, I have switched brokerages & moved, which was fully communicated with ******* on 5/24 that I was going to be making some changes & needed to address those before each months ads went out. Junes ad was approved by me but ********** was not given approval. ********** only has 1 page of ad, not 2. I am seeking a refund for 2 of the 3 months for advertising services I purchased from their publication, which has not been delivered as agreed, for the months of July and Aug 24. Despite many requests for ************************** with, at first ******* *******, (whom I didnt know doesnt work for your company anymore until 8/3) & then thereafter the manager *******, Delaware County Magazine has failed to address this matter.I have requested a refund previously, & that request has been passed around & Ive been left to wait. I emailed a letter as my final attempt to obtain a refund. I demanded a partial refund of $700 for the months of July and August that werent fully completed within 10 business days from the day sent. I was told the owner would call me. Its been several weeks and I have not had any calls or emails from the owner. I emailed ******* about that & she wrote back the owner has not been in the office. This is why I have resulted to this step.
