On Wednesday June 1st at approximately 5:30pm, I parked in ******'s parking lot. My mother sister, son and I, stopped at this establishment on our way to my house to pick up an a food order pre-ordered and ready for pick up at ****** Restaurant (next to ******) for my mother and I, and to purchase a ****** meal for my sister and son.We got out of the vehicle, proceeded to pay for the pick up order at ****** Restaurant, which took no more than 5 minutes to pay, and leave to head to ****** to purchase the other 2 meals. Upon getting out of ****** Restaurant, I noticed Wreck Transport and Towing was just finishing putting a hook on my vehicle. I politely asked the gentlemen to unhook my vehicle, since we were only parked there for 5 minutes or less and were parked there because we had to go to ******. The driver, in a state of hysteria, refused to unhook the vehicle and proceeded to try to lift it off the ground. I asked him why he was towing me if no one had called him to town my vehicle. He stopped the process and demanded that I pay him $200 dollars in cash on the spot or he will tow it and charge me $300. He stated no one has to call him to tow. He stated he was passing by and saw my vehicle was parked in ****** parking spot and proceeded to tow. The driver gave me a 2 minute limit to get the money or he will take the vehicle. I went to the nearest ATM and took the cash out to give it to the driver. I asked for a receipt, and he drove off despite hearing my request. I called the company to request my receipt, and the gentlemen stated I needed to send him my registration in order for them to send me a receipt.I requested the receipt for 5 days with no response. I went in person to the establishment 5 days later to get the receipt and the gentleman made a receipt with false information. He got hysterical and cursed me out. He admitted to not being called to tow and threaten me to tow my car wherever he sees it and next time charge $500 just to get it out.
