    I live across the street from Palumbos. I picked up an order & it was the wrong order, I didn't know at the time. So I sent a pick 2 my daughter & she said it was not what she ordered. She called & let them know it was not what she ordered. They told her 2 bring it back as long as she had the receipt. So I walked back across the street & the young lady was going 2 take them back & then the owner came from the back & saw the color of my skin & said no.

    Ms ******* called and place an order for 2 packages of bone in beef short ribs.  She was given 2 package of beef bone in short ribs as ordered.  She tried to return the product because it was not what her daughter wanted.  We will stand behind our product if it is bad how ever we can not resale a return product, it must be disposed of so we do not refund a product that was ordered wrong.  She received what she ordered this was the reason for not giving refund. It had nothing to do with her "skin color".  We have people of all nationalities and skin color working at Palumbo's and can assure you we do not disrespect or treat anyone differently because of skin color. This issue was handled  according to our company return policy.
