    To Whom It May Concern:

    We are submitting this formal complaint against Wolf Run. Despite our repeated requests for release from our timeshare obligations, it appears our concerns have not been addressed. As previously stated, we are unable to continue managing this responsibility. Our attempts to resolve this issue with Wolf Run have yielded no response.

    This timeshare was acquired through my brother and his wife. If I do not utilize it, I have the option to allow them the resort to rent it, though I am uncertain if any proceeds would be allocated to me. Additionally, the resort amenities are either absent or inadequately maintained.

    As a result of a decrease in my work hours, I am currently facing difficulties in sustaining our household throughout the year. With my upcoming retirement this year, our family's income will be further reduced, intensifying the financial strain caused by the timeshare. We had requested the resort to foreclose and reclaim the property, but they informed us that it was our responsibility to sell it. As a consequence, my account has been sent to collections agencies. Moreover, our attempts to communicate with the resort through phone calls, leaving messages on answering machines, have been left unanswered.

    We are not seeking any form of compensation. Our sole request is for a mutual release from all obligations and for our removal from any collection agency involvement. We kindly ask for a thorough review of our case and your assistance in resolving this matter. We eagerly anticipate your response.

    I received
    your complaint for your timeshare at Wolf Run Manor.  I am sorry to hear that you've had trouble reaching someone to go over your concerns.  

    With the closure of Wolf Run Manor at some point, we are trying to contact all owners
    to discuss how they would like to proceed.  I sent a request to have an agent contact you to go over any options that might be available.  You should hear from someone soon.

    Called Wolf Run Manor and requested a copy of my contract. Customer service claimed that they did not have on on file. I, then, asked to speak to Tonya to see if she could assist. They claimed that she could not and that my request for a copy of my contract is denied.
    I have legal matters to attend to that require that contract.

    I show that we emailed a copy of the owner's deed along with information on how to list the week for sale on our For Sale By Owner site today (07/25/2022).  I do apologize if she spoke to any representative that was not able to provide that information; however, it was sent today.  I also show that I discussed options for the week, such as listing for sale or placing in the rental pool on 07/21/2022.
