      I noticed six unauthorized and incorrect transactions on my debit card, the most recent being on June 14, 2024, where I was charged $2.20 instead of $1.50. On June 3, 2024, I was charged $3.15 instead of $1.50. The other unauthorized charges include $2.20 on June 4, May 20, and May 28, 2024, and $3.05 on May 13, 2024. I called on June 17, 2024, to request a refund but was informed that I couldn't get a refund because the dates were too old. I was also told that the machine charges an estimated amount and later corrects it, which is false. Additionally, there is a 5% surcharge for using cards, which isn't stated on the machine.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond!

      Our Office Manager spoke with the client and explained the charges were delayed due to weekend transactions.  After their discussion, she was able to confirm the purchases occurred on the weekend(s), processed on Monday(s), and understood the timeline. Additionally, they discussed the label that is affixed to all of our machines which indicate the posted prices reflect a cash discount.

      This company has a soda machine in my residence. I live at a senior facility (Basilica).. Many residents are losing money in the soda machine and not getting our sodas. I lost $2.00 like 2 weeks ago. Our management says they are not responsible and we need to contact the vendor directly. I have made several calls, only to leave messages, and no one responds. I am requesting they refund my money, and are made to fix this machine or remove it from the property.

      In response to the claim, we need some additional information.  We need to know the name of the facility where our machine is located.  We are not able to identify it by information provided, “a senior facility (Basilica)”.

      07-24-22 I attempted to buy from the vending machine but the machine did nothing. It wouldn't return my 1.75. On 07-27-22 it happened again. I called the CRH co both times. They informed me that no refunds will be given do to the fact that I am in a halfway house. The halfway and CRH do not refund for any reason. This is unacceptable. I want the money refunded or get my soda and the .75¢. I paid for the product and should be protected from such theft.
