    Zero Stars. They will make every excuse in the book not to show up. They will start a project and leave it unfinished for weeks/months and you have to keep contacting him as to when he will come back. I paid him a % of the funds to rebuild the front room on my home and he tore the old one off in September and had a skeleton of a room by the end of October. No insulation or electrical all winter. BIG heating issue at this point. He didn't show back up until May of the following year. It took a letter from my attorney to make him show up again and he basically took my money, started a fight with me and left. I will never see my money again and I had to finish the work myself.
