    I purchased a used car from this lot. When I bought the car they showed me a clear carfax and I was told I wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else for a car in this condition. I couldn't beat their price. Everything seemed great and worked out perfectly. Then when I went to trade the car off, I was informed that this car had structural damage and was almost totaled based off the carfax report. It was supposed to be worth ****** trade in based off of KBB but they only offered me around *****. I was informed that it was probably unsafe to drive and they wouldn't only be able to take it in for scrap. I reached out to them to try to get this resolved and they told me that structure damage wasn't a big deal and that they would take it back in on trade, but I was afraid to get another vehicle from them. Then looking more into it, the carfax I signed when I bought the car was missing pages which would have been the page that stated the damage. When I asked about this he told he it was just a blank page so they didn't give me that or the signature page. Overall it is a very shady business and I think people need to be made aware of it. I also think I should have been charged the price of a car with structural damage and not the price of one in great condition.

    Here are documents it would not let me attach. One showing the paperwork from Ranker with the carfax missing the pages and the other is a carfax I paid for after being told there was structure damage.
