    In August of 2021, we contracted with Cabinet Cave to replace kitchen and laundry room counters and backsplashes with new epoxy counters & backsplashes, paint cabinets interior/exterior, install new hardware and drawer pullouts, install a new two-can trash drawer and replace trays and supports for 2 Lazy Susans. In the fall of 2021, the work was delayed because of sickness (theirs). We understood that. But since then, it has been one run around after another…receptionist quit, difficulty in getting material, wrong colors, business partner issues, etc… They have completed some of the work but still need to complete the installation of the back splashes, trash drawer, adjustments on Lazy Susans, install cabinet door they removed for painting,repair edging on new counter, etc... Time after time, they would say they would be out and then never show. Weeks would go by and then we would contact them again. This has just gone on and on. We have sent emails, called, stopped at their store consistently over the last two years to get the work done. They were last at the house at the end of May. At that time, they said they would be out in about a week to finish. We are still waiting. We have been understanding but after two years we want the work completed. If that is not possible, a refund of half of what we paid. Unfortunately, the contractor was paid in full in September 2021. The owner says they have everything they need and could complete the remaining work in one day.
