    I went to the *** 12 with my family 1/18/25. We asked to purchase a 2025 annual popcorn bucket as we have in the past. The employee told us they sold out. So we commented we will get it the next time but he said they aren't selling them any longer as they weren't making a profit. I brought this to *** attention and they say they can't help me purchase an annual bucket that I only can at the theatres and they can't help me find a theatre with them in stock either. I was able to purchase a Mufasa themed popcorn bucket for an absurd price and can not bring it back to refill for the evening. it all seems like a scam at this point

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    So nice of them to check and see I could purchase one now rather than resolving the issue at the time. This location had said they would not be receiving more and it's poor business to handle it in this manner. When we went back to support our local theatre, the garbage carts are using annual popcorn buckets to carry items for cleaning supplies, but we were told previously they sold out and wouldn't be getting more. Maybe we just stop visiting *** theatres. this is poor poor professionalism at it's finest
