Jims Hauling has auto- billed my account 3 times between fall 2023 and spring 2024 without my permission. Because they dont have an online presence, there is no receipt, which made it extremely challenging to recover the funds from my bank The third time it happened, in April 2024, they did it 1 week after auto billing me in the same amount, which reflects a 3 month payment period. The third unauthorized charge brought my bank account below $0, which would have resulted in overdraft charge if I hadnt checked my bank account on the day they issued the third charge. They never returned any of my calls requesting that the charges be reversed after any of the three episodes. I filed a dispute with my bank to recover the funds for the second time. I plan to get a different trash service but am concerned that they will keep trying to bill me.

My credit card was charged for the months of Oct, Nov and Dec. I called the business and updated my card info for the next billing cycle however they charged the new card the same day for Oct, Nov and Dec. I contacted the company. After 3 calls someone called me back and stated they made a mistake and would refund the amount. It's been weeks and no refund. I attempted to contact them again and they will not take my call. I have called over 15 times. I have left multiple messages and also stated that they need to cancel my Trash service and to not show up to collect my trash again effective immediately, however they continue to show up at my home and take my trash. I have already started a contract with a new trash company but Jim's Hauling gets there before the new company every Monday and removes my trash before the new comapany has a chance to remove it. I want them to acknowledge the cancellation and stop coming to my home and never charge my credit card again.

Jim’s Hauling charged my debit card for $90.00 for three months of trash service. I never authorized this payment we were set up on a month to month payment plan. We are snow birds and are in Florida October through May. I did owe for September but did not use them after that. When I realized he changed my card I got in touch with him and he said he would fix it. Now when I call he just hangs up on me. He then sends a bill where he tried running my card again in December for another $90.00. Luckily my card was changed and it didn’t go through. This time for services in which he definitely knew I was in Florida. There was no trash picked up since end o September.. I will never use him again and all I want is $60.00 returned to me.

This company has been coming to my home for over a decade and was awful with picking up the trash. They came when they felt like it. I now own the home and pay the trash myself. I thought maybe they would be different now that they were dealing with me and my family. Being paid on time, as well as having the trash brought out on time. That has not been the case. I have called and called and sent them hundreds of dollars, they do not answer or call back- and they certianly do not pick up the trash. It has piled up and is embarassing and an eyesore and should not be out where to children and animals play. I've called again today and told them if they refuse yet again to drive up and pick up the simple trash that has been paid for 15× over I need to get my money back and call someone else. I pay them for 3 months at a time. They did not come ONCE last 3 months. The 3 before that it was when they felt like it. The 3 months before that it was once a month. Before that it was once every 2 or 3 weeks. And before that it was jankey and unscheduled but it got picked up for the most part.
