    On 4/3/23 I purchased a fishing rod from this company for the grand total of $57.30. The companies website stated that the item was in stock, the same as any other website that has online sales. On 4/5/23 there still was no movement on the companies end showing the status of the order. I contacted them on that date to let them know if it wasn't in stock then just issue a refund. They stated that it would be 1-5 business days for them to get the item from the warehouse, then the item would be shipped. Well as of today, 4/17/2023, nothing. I contacted them again on 4/13/23 through E-mail advising them that at that point I would like a refund. Later on that same day they finally sent the charge to my Paypal account. I want my money back!!!

    This order that was place was cancelled because the item was backordered, and no money was taken.  Only an authorization was placed on the card at the time of purchase and then it was removed once the order was cancelled.  We email the customer about this and got no response from them.  When we get no response, we cancel the order with 5 days of no response.
