      Completed a service on a camper without permission and authorization from the owners; was never asked to complete said service. Demanded payment for a service that was never requested and then we’re told that we were being “kicked out” when owner was confronted about the issue. Entire month was paid for and a reimbursement for the difference was requested however was rudely declined and owner again demanded that we leave the premises. Owner did admit to competing services when not requested “just because.” Very unprofessional and rude, no way to run a business.

      After reviewing the complaint, the person filing the complaint was not the person that I spoke to.  The work order stated that the customer had a leak and he had replaced the waste handle which did not fix the problem.  Service replaced waste gate valve a $20.00 part. Office notified him what was done and the cost. When he came to pay, he stated that he did not want us to fix the leak just diagnosis the problem which was not true. He complained that he was not informed of what needed done or the cost prior to fixing. I told him, if he was not happy with the way the situation was handled he needed to remove his camper from the premises.  Customer asked for refund in storage which I declined. Customer paid $40.00 monthly storage for May 10-June 10.  The camper was removed on May 25.
