    On 4/9/25 we picked up a car hauling trailer weighing ******.lbs. I was handed an envelope With $700 cash. ****** what was unprepared iorn paying on 4/9/25. I buy scrap metal,I paid $1,000 for trailer I asked for $300 so as to at least break even, then I was asked to leave. I asked, how did you determine that price? He replied you're asking too many questions. In all my decades of doing this business I've never had such a horrible experience BAD BAD BAD no conscience no empathy no mutual benefits no respect big big fat F if this were the television test. I feel like I've been Conned. The market at the time was at around ten cents per lb that = ********- 700= ********

    My vehicle was picked up by a tow truck from. Denaples, and the driver was really rude and disrespectful to me. The company also charges me a storage fee not even being there more than five hours. I am very disappointed and displeased with their lack of integrity. I will find better customer service some where else.
