    Ordered hat and it wasn't delivered. **** delivery service they used said it was but **** has no knowledge of it. I also cannot use insurance on package to get money back as they never put any postal insurance.on the package. What a scam. Want money back. Wasn't in my mailbox or on my patio.

    Waiting on refund since 5/13 per the emails that it was processed. No return phone call or emails from company.

    I purchased a gift for my daughter on Dec 06, 2022 in the amount of $33.98 and the money was taken out of my bank account the same day. The item was shipped out the next day Dec 07, 2022. It then arrived in my city of Sacramento Ca on Dec 11 2022. Instead of it then being sent to my house it was then shipped out to the bay area of San Leandro Ca 1.5 hours away. According to the tracking it says its stuck pending in San Leandro Ca. Everyday since Dec 12 2022 the tracking tells me that I will receive the item by 9pm that day. When 9pm comes it updates and says I will receive it the next day by 9pm. This keeps reaccuring for 7 days now. I contacted UPS and was told by the system that the package has a pending status and is in San Leandro Ca. Also that I should contact the original shipper of the item due to no other status at this time of the package. I contacted by phone and company was closed so i emailed and got a response from Customer support for me to be patient and that they cannot help me because they have no control of the weather or traffic. I emailed back again and was told it was most ,likely due to weather and that they are not responsible and its none of there business how the shipping company ships. In other words, they wont help and are not looking to help.
