      Purchased a pillow in July of 2024 with a ***** brand name that has a lifetime warranty. I first contacted ***** who directed me to American Textile as they were the manufacturer of the pillow and would be the ones to honor the warranty or take any action. I have completed multiple contact us forms with the information provided by sealy and have not heard a single response from the company. I am now left with a pillow that has a lifetime warranty that split wide open on the seam and everyone is pointing fingers at each other or leaving inquiries unanswered.
