Window World has a lifetime warranty of the window, we were going to have more work done around our house, and originally the salesperson that came, was submitting for the window to be replaced. The window has a broken seal causing water to be trapped inside the window. First attempt at trying to have the window replaced, calling Window World, they claimed to have called us and left voice mails about trying to schedule the replacement, after their failed attempts of not reaching us, they claimed the contractor left the replacement windows on our porch, we do not own a porch, they could have meant steps. We check our security cameras and was home at the time and date of "claimed" delivery of the window, nothing shows up. We continue to go back and forth with having the lifetime warranty of the window being replaced or repaired. According to their website if the seal is broken it is permanent damage and the window should be replaced not repaired. Phone communication is working, because we can contact them via phone and email, even with them claiming that they can't reach us.

called multiple times for original schedule of service (phone records on hand), unable to reach via phone, sent a letter to contact us, heard nothing, had service tech drop off at home, some time after drop off got a call from customer wondering where the window was, we informed them of drop off, they stated it wasn’t there, we are currently in process of requesting a new sash for this customer through warranty claims with manufacturing plant.

Signed a contract on 10 Aug 22 for 9 windows and two 6 foot vinyl patio doors and one 12 foot patio door for replacement. I paid $10,000 for a deposit and $9435 to be paid on completion. I have a contract that installation would be 12 to 16 weeks. I spoke to *** in November voicing concerns and was told 9 December 22 that installation would begin. Today 6 February 23 no installation. Please intervene to help me either get my money back or expedite . No one has contacted me since the November phone call and it's going on 17 weeks.
