    I'm a 74 years old retired Hospital Worker. Last October 2022, I met with the said landscaper and asked him to give me a proposal for 1) turning over the entire yard (front & back); 2) add top soil to the entire property; 3) add seed, 4) add fertilizer and 5) cover with straw. He suggested not to turn over the land but implement items 2 through 4. Since I've little or no experience in Landscaping, I trusted his judgement. He quoted me $17,000 for the entire project. He said, the front yard will cost $11,000 and the back yard $ 6,000. He invited me to visit some of his work site. I did and after couple of more meetings with him and his commitment to a happy ending, I did agree and signed the contract. In the middle of the project, I noticed that he is cutting corners. He wasn't adding enough top soil or not at all. I pointed the deficiencies to him and to his workers. Additionally, at the right entrance of my property, he ignored to include it in the project. When I pointed it out to him, instead he decided to cover it with rocks instead of grass. The project was poorly completed the 2nd week of November. When I shared my dissatisfaction with the end result, he stated that I'll not see the good result of his job until the spring of 2023. Since most of the yard was covered wit straw at the time of the completion, I convinced myself to wait till Spring. Spring came & gone, Summer is here and the result was worst than October of 2022.When asking around the community, I found out that more than one other customer has been dissatisfied with working with him and took him to court. Therefore, before I decide to go to court, I'm reaching out to your organization to solve this matter amicably. He is either has to fix the problem or refund the amount back so I can contract an honest contractor to complete my yard so I can enjoy it during my retirement before I die. Several attempts were made to contact him. He sent me a text informing me that he is blocking my numbers
