    Just took car to get washed before trading it in this weekend - that's now not happening. First my debit card was swiped 3x and then told WiFi is down and need to use ATM. Then when I get done since that took longer than they usually expect, my car is “finished” and another car behind me ready to leave too. Trying not to hold anyone up, I get in and try to leave. There is a slight incline to the exit and my car felt like tires sliding, I assumed because of the shine spray (idk) but half way home back of car is now smoking and smell of burnt rubber. Pull over and realize that emergency break is now broken (just bouncing around with zero connection) and as I look around getting more upset, the inside of my car is not clean. At all. I have tried to call and it just hangs up. I've taken my car there many times and never an issue until now.
