    I was not aware that the monthly membership fee is based on a yearly membership commitment. Upon entering into this membership, this was not disclosed at the time of joining. I would have never committed to such a plan. I would like to be released from this membership as this "requirement" was not forthcoming at the time of signing. The fact that this information is not openly offered is deceptive. I realize it is common practice for companies to do such a thing, but there has to be levels of protection for the average consumer like myself. It should be is BIG capital letters, and not hidden in the fine print.

    in receipt of your correspondence regarding Case # ******** We at Urban Air take consumer inquiries seriously and want our guests to be more than satisfied with their Urban Air experience. Urban Air Memberships are a great value with unlimited visits and significant savings compared to full admission prices. All memberships require a one-year commitment in order to be able to offer such a great monthly membership rate. As stated online and in the membership acceptance agreement you can cancel your membership any time after the twelfth payment.

    You have 7 monthly payments remaining prior to completing your 12-month term.

    Once you have made your 12th payment, please Contact Us and request to cancel due to completing your term. However, if you wish to continue after the 12 months it will be on a month to month basis, it will not start a new 12 months.

    Thank you for being a loyal Urban Air Member. We hope to see you back at the Park soon.

    I accidentally purchased 9 ultimate membership passes thinking it was 9 ultimate passes for the arcade. I had left 3 attempts to contact someone. Even spoke to a worker face to face that said corporate would call me its been 4 days & no one has contacted me at all. I need a refund. Each pass was 15.99$ but monthly cost for 150$

    On February 25,2023 **. ******************************* purchased nine ultimate memberships which require a 12-month commitment. After confirming **. ******************************* purchased general admission tickets at Urban Air we have made a concession and cancelled the membership(s) and issued a refund. The refund will process in 3-5 business days. Therefore, this complaint is null.
