I called ******* and requested a sewer water extraction service for a job for one of our customers. I specifically stated to **** (General Manager), and the technician that they had onsite that I only want the sewer water extracted, no other services were needed. They sent me a ******** that I refused to sign before seeing there estimate, and before they even did the job because it was giving them permission to do whatever they wanted in order to complete the job, I did not sign it because I did not want what happened anyway to happen. After they completed the job, onsite for maybe 2-3 hours, they sent me an invoice for Extraction and Cleaning for $11,440.05. I contacted them and stated I did not authorize or request these services listed on this invoice. I only wanted water extracted no cleaning services and this was made clear multiple times to them. They then sent me a revised invoice for $9,750.00, again listing services I did not authorize. They then emailed my customer directly (who was no way involved and did not request there service) and said "******** ****** will not pay our invoice so we want you to pay it." They should not have discussed anything regarding my invoice to anyone else, instead they should be working with me to resolve the situation. They are stating to me these services are protocol, which is fine but you cannot do whatever services you please without notifying me first, and receiving approval for the cost. I also specifically asked **** what the emergency call out charge would be prior to them coming, and she stated we do not charge any emergency fee we just do it. Clearly listed on the invoice is multiple emergency after hours fees. I feel I was lied to and the situation was taken advantage of simply to upsell. I would like them to remove the unauthorized charges from the invoice, and send me a revised invoice charging only for services requested, which was only water extraction. I have attached all invoices original and revised and email from my customer showing email from ********************** to them requesting money from them directly.
