      Poor customer service. I am an existing customer who has been patiently waiting months for paver repairs. There is apparently a 300 people service waitlist according to the receptionist. I am so disappointed with the customer service experience. I wish I went to another landscape company for my business.

      Jimmy, we are confused by your review of our company. We have not done business with you in over 12 years when you contracted with us to provide installation work at your house which resulted in us having to chase you for payment even having to write off your last invoice for failure to pay. We are sorry that you are disappointed with our customer service experience; however, we tried to tell you as nicely as possible that we didn't have time in our schedule to work with you rather than tell you that we didn't want to work with you due to payment issues in the past. You were told that it would be best if you reached out to another company to assist you which clearly you were not happy with.
